Jack Steven
I salute you!!!
Jack is the player who is flying the flag for us at the moment.
Jack is the guy leading us into battle at the coalface.
Jack is the one REFUSING to die, he's the custodian of the fighting spirit of the side right now.
He's a gem of a player and has the potential to be a 250 gamer.
Go Jack!!!

Him and Armitage really are the two getting it done IMO. Both becoming consistent contributers.

Re: Jack Steven
Another 207 games of turning the ball over to the opposition with every second kick and completely losing track of his opponent after clearances (Liam Anthony yesterday) because he can't run more than twenty metres at a time. Ten years on the bottom of the ladder. Sounds about right.

Doesnt matter how well he is going you will find faults because you just cant admit you were WRONG. Watch the game without prejudice and you will find it more enjoyable. Every player has faults. I dont think anyone is saying he is Gary Ablett but having said that he beat him one on one against the GC.
On on yesterdays game why say he lost Anthony. Seems from possessions they lost each other. And one clanger suggests not a hell of a lot of turnovers.

I thought Steven was one of our few shining lights and certainly the ONLY mid who looks like they can break with the footy from congestion....
