Ken Hinkley says...
Or 'Hinkles' as I call him has confirmed to me personally that Goddard will be leaving us at the end of the year.
I know this as we pop into the same bakery prior to him going to work in his direction and me mine.
It was love at first sight, initially a nod became a hello became a five minute convo became a laugh at how he buys strawberry milk.

You would be surprised. He is well-connected considering his playing and coaching career.Eastern wrote:When did Ken Hinkley start managing Brendon Goddard? !!

No idea. Goddard has fallen out with most of the older players due to this.dragit wrote:More importantly, where is he going and how many picks will we get?

Another Goddard us going thread!. Well if he goes so be it, just hope that if he does go we are compensated with draft picks as I have faith in the club to use those picks. But I don't think hinkley would have any idea if bj is going

Going to GC17 for Josh Fraser and pick 85. AFL have organised this so we have to pay 75% of his wage.

Re: Ken Hinkley says...
Yeah he looked to be falling out with them all in the latest lunch with Lenny....
So he's going to GC Suns then, not GWS?

Can't fault that deal… Though I was hoping we might end up with Dean Brogan somehow.CURLY wrote:Going to GC17 for Josh Fraser and pick 85. AFL have organised this so we have to pay 75% of his wage.
Re: Ken Hinkley says...
So not happening.
BTW, should Saints make a play for Stefan Martin from Melbourne?
Out of favour with Neeld, they have Jamar who has recommitted long term.

The AFL have given us enough don't you think. Lucky we don't have to throw in McEvoy.dragit wrote:Can't fault that deal… Though I was hoping we might end up with Dean Brogan somehow.CURLY wrote:Going to GC17 for Josh Fraser and pick 85. AFL have organised this so we have to pay 75% of his wage.

Re: Ken Hinkley says...
I got a text from someone this week saying that he saw Hinkley in a bakery near his work. He said that Ablett has done his PCL and i should trade him from my DT/SC. He will be named on Thursday but will not line up. I replied "you've got a job, that's mental". True story i kid you not.
I'm guessing this is Redeemer's source also. He/She/GT is playing a few pranks...

Re: Ken Hinkley says...
Was this from Ken "I'd like to stay at the Saints, but my wife says I have to quit" Hinkley?
I thought he was strictly forbidden from talking to strange little boys, for fear of losing his lunch money.

My mates mum cuts the hair of Tim Gossage's mum and she went to church with a guy who also loves strawberrymilk but anyway their friend is painting Dermot bretons house and he heard that BJ was already signed to GWS for $10 million a season.
