St Kilda list manager Ameet Bains tells AFL.com.au the club's salary cap position has been affected by incentive-laden contracts
Well it looks like the rumour is a fact. Be prepared to lose a player or two at the end of the season.

Re: Cap strain limits Saints
Dont just read one sentance, need to read all the quotes from Bains.
"There are a number of reasons why we have had some constraints," St Kilda's list manager Ameet Bains told AFL.com.au on Tuesday.
"Contracts were written a certain way and the incentive clauses are a factor, but only one of a few."
"We understand what the perception is like outside the club, even though we think our salary cap issues have been overstated by the media," he said.
"There is not the level of stress here at the club that some have reported.
"We have a plan going forward that is strategic and considered."

Nothing about Harry O being out of cotnract at the pies....
BTW country edition of H-E sun small- 1 column 1 paragraph on Saints and Hawks re-signing- they mustn't have had the exclusive..

Still sounds a bit troubling. Though at least the ship is being steadied, and the issues gotten on top of (hopefully).
These are the things that ad a fan you hope are being done properly, a few badly written contracts can rearly bite you on the arse. But as an "outsider" you just never really know.
