Only 18 touches, but was one of the few mids who seemed to control of the ball when he had it. Am I wrong?
Since doing time in the VFL, he's probably playing his best footy since '09.

Re: Ray's game
I think he needs to pay attention more, a couple of times in the last few games he has cost us by not paying attention to what is going on.
Re: Ray's game
He has this knack of almost hitting a ball that in being contested and making it bounce like basketball if that makes sense?
Say the ball has 5 guys surging on it, and there is no way he'll get a clean possession...he hits it down and appears then the only one who knows what it's going to do next?
At least I think it was Ray I was watching doing that?

Re: Ray's game
Was one of the few mids who was very clean with every touch and provided some nice run. Will keep his spot if he continues this really good form since his inclusion.
Re: Ray's game
easy to forget that Ray was a very low draft pick that many at the dogs thought was going to be a genuine A grader, whilst he has never reached those lofty heights he is a very good footballer and continues to impress with his overhead marking for his size and his run and carry.
Maybe this year?
