Fox Footy tomorrow

Post: # 1224475Post battye »

The TV guide says it will finish at half-past. (10:30 AEST)
Does anyone know if Fox Footy normally go over? By how much?

I'm taping the match so I can watch later... instead of missing the beginning, I'll watch the lot. But I want to know when it's safe to turn the TV screen back on and stop recording, can anyone shed some light?

Thanks

Unlike FTA channels, Foxtel programs actually start and finish as advertised (give or take a minute or so)

Friday nights they usually stop the telecast right after the song (which is around 10:29pm) however Fox doesn't show some parts of the post match.

So far I haven't seen them go over 10:30.

Correct.

And then they promptly replay the whole game again!

One option is to tape both 7 and fox's telecast (assuming your are in Melbourne). 7's telecast has ads and isn't in HD, but you get the post match stuff until about 11.
I assume outside Melbourne channel 73's telecast also goes to 11 Melbourne time??

i am Melbourne Skies - sometimes Blue Skies, Grey Skies, even Partly Cloudy Skies.

You can start watching from the beginning any time during the game time, once you have started recording if you have an IQ box.
It sounds like you are only going to be running late. It still keeps recording the remainder while you are watching the start.
