Two minutes in Hayes takes a mark fifty five out Selwood comes in and retards him. Umpire gives nothing. Well Plugger66 why?

There's your answer Curly. The director of umpires was watching a race.

When you compare that non fifty to the one against Kosi and the one that Gaff got in the last couple of minutes when nobody went near him or went over the mark. It seemed a bit strange.

Maybe they want us to fail. It makes sense.

The umpires are into the Eagles especially at home. Duck, Duck, Duck, Goose.

It is bizarre as to how it happens but it is happening.

Got to 16 points the Eagles got the next 6 frees. Just have to laugh at the treatment of Riewoldt.

It got to 16 points, but it was at 50.

You need to start well in away fixtures. If you don't everything needs to go your way. At Subie that's next to impossible for extended periods. Thats the simple fact of it. You give yourself a sniff, you're a chance. You don't and the ugly intangibles become a factor.

"The inches we need are everywhere around us. They're in every break in the game. Every minute, every second. On this team we fight for that inch. On this team we tear ourselves and everyone around us to pieces for that inch. We claw with our fingernails for that inch. Because we know when we add up all those inches that's gonna make the f***in' difference between winning and losing! Between living and dying!'

Must say I called out when this happened at the start of the game. Mainly because of the Gee/Coll Game. Stopped Hayes from possibly wheeling around for a quick inside 50. Also was nowhere near being in the contest.

What Wilkes did to Nicnat for that last goal is exactly what Roo has put up with for years, it is very confusing to know the difference.

According to the afl live scoreboard, 5mins after the game ended the free kicks were 15 to 25.

Now it is saying 16 to 25. Are we getting free kicks after we've left the stadium? Those little eveneruppers are now happening after the game?

Umpiring was not up to scratch

Goddard chopped in the arms and pushed in the back - umps response "play on". In fact I felt they were making a point of not giving Goddard anything - is this a response to his acting last week. If so you'd be pretty disappointed.

Blake brought down after he kicked the ball going forward - "play on"

Lenny rarely gets any help from the umpires - again has his head taken off (week after week) with no assistance from the officials.

Perhaps the umps are overreacting to the head high criticism

It's easy to have a crack after you lose a game like that but I'd be surprised if a review of that game didn't reveal several inconsistencies and bad decisions.

Do you think they could actually get umpires who know how to bounce and throw the ball in!

Was it seriously 8 goals from frees?

You know you're getting a rough deal when Dwayne is querying some of them ;)

How's when Milne was grabbed around the ankles no free of course and Dwayne says Milne clearly tripped and a free would have been paid if he fell over.

Maybe they don't have bad days either. That seems about right.

About as much sense as your theory that they make deliberate mistakes to make up for the mistakes they know they made earlier on.

I'm not sure if you said that either. Who knows what you were trying to say. But it made no sense.

That is the rule if you pay a mark that should not have been paid. It isnt a mistake. Dont like it. Take it up with the AFL.
