Sorry to be a numbers pedant....can't help it. 200cms. According to the list on the club website.
Not sure our website's all that accurate.

He was 200cms when he first walked in the door. This article from more than 2 years ago put him at 202cms.

"RHYS Stanley wants to cancel a myth. Yes, he's tall, standing 202cm. Yes, he's quick, having won the Grand Final sprint. But, no, he wasn't a basketballer who took up footy late......"

Who really knows what he is now?
He's 200cm tops, hasn't grown for two years.

Old enough to repaint, but young enough to sell

Have you personally measured him?

Yes because I'm sure Rhys Stanley, himself, would not know his true height??? 202cm as stated.

Damn right it is. He's shrunken 2cm in two years. If the trend continues until 2020 we'll have a pygmy in the ruck.

He has told me that he is 204cm. He has been tallest on the list since he has been with us. Taller than Gardy, Kingy, Mac, Etc. He said that he hasn't been 200cm since he was 16 years old :D

I will go with Ross who. He lived next to Rhyss, Head and Heyney.

Back to the original question:

How good will Rhys be? We'll all know when he gets rid of the "Potential" tag. Having said that, he appears to have the tools to be somewhere between very good and something special. From here on its up to him and I'm lead to believe that he has now realized that !!

NEW scarf signature (hopefully with correct spelling) will be here as soon as it arrives !!

I was talking him up to a mate who follows the Hawks when we played them and said I thought if he realised what he could be he could be the next Buddy as he has speed and athleticism and can tackle, has quick hands and super pace off the mark. He watched the game and by the end he was getting excited by Rhys. He could be something amazing and judging by his junior clips he has the right attitude to compete at the top level. Just needs the self belief and we have got a gun.

Just give him the time to mature. Remember he's 2 and a half years younger then Tom Hawkins...... who seems to have been given an eternity to finaly reach his potential.

He'll be no good over the next few weeks.
