A TAGGER got the better of me a few weeks ago. Then I had a reasonable game. Then another one got hold of me.
It is a very public business football, there is no escaping the fact your day at the office will be scrutinised by every person in the stands and watching on TV. That's fair enough.
Asked about my form last week, after the game my coach Scotty Watters said taggers were something I just had to work through and overcome.

Ironic that the first photo shows Carrazzo holding Pendlebury's arm…
I don't mind 'run-with', not so keen on the scragging, holding style of tagging, I want to see Judd, Ablett and Dal Santo do their thing without being held onto all game.

Tagger effectively does the same as a defender, it's just a less glamorous title...

Yes, great article. It was good to see him giving credit to the often unheralded CJ, whose hard work demands mental toughness every game.
