It should be a sticky. That's obvious. It's disrespectful to the people who vote and to the person who tallies the votes. Interesting looks like someone posted a Saint video topic - yet there is a sticky just for that purpose - and to elimate having too many topics/posts

Seems an obvious candidate for a sticky -- surely that's what stickies are for.
A permanent place would be a permanent 'thank-you' to its organisers.
