Stats question...

Post: # 1208812Post Maklom »

Does anyone know what the stats were for our game rd 3 for the following:

- Clangers
- Turnovers
- Out on the full (seemed to be heaps of these!)

Curious what these were for both sides but I am really concerned (even though we smashed the doggies) about our kicking as I think we could get picked apart by a better side unless it improves.

What do most of you think?

Yeah I had no luck with finding any result for the stats but I agree with the horrible kicking.

I checked out the AFL website (which would have to be the slowest piece of crap I've ever seen) and the only stat they had was clangers:

Us 59 Them 66

Not sure where to find the other stuff.

This is 2012 isn't it?

To put that into perspective, let's compare it to in form/Top 4 teams

Carlton: 42 Clangers
Collingwoood: 42 Clangers
Geelong: 34 Clangers
West Coast: 35 Clangers

Thats on average a lot less than us, Watters obviously noticed it becuase he kept mentioning the skill errors were what let us down

Umpiring of the game has an effect on clangers as well.
