He needs to talk to Jarryn, and quickly. Although Jarryn used to kick over the leader's head, not ten metres short of his lead, albeit from a distance of thirty metres. When, and if, he starts to actually kick to teammates, then I will:
1. consider him a good player
2. start to give him votes for what he does with the ball, rather than the number of times he gets the ball.
