Grammy is in this week
Sandy seconds. 10.45 start. Bet he is a happy man especially as he has to travel a fair way for the game.

You will have to ask his Mum. It may be a bit late for him.

Speaking of Lyon, where is his alter=ego Crippa2Sipa?
Riewoldt and Goddard to live up to their reputations ,Clarke and Ray to defy theirs in 2012!

Would be a good effort to go from Sandy Development squad to the senior team
Could be a great story.......Possibly a documentary in the future

Not if he was dumping some of his best helicopters on the forwards, there wouldn't be an Academy award for that....Dr Spaceman wrote:Would be an enormous endorsement for the AcademySick Nal Danto wrote:Would be a good effort to go from Sandy Development squad to the senior team

The list changes for 2025 have begun, always an interesting time for an avid supporter.

Re: Grammy is in this week
I hope the long road back for him to the seniors makes him WANT to be an AFL player. Always strikes me as a player who just expects to be an AFL player... like he can turn up and put a half arsed effort in every second game. Hopefully the kids all getting a go and making the most of it will make him think about how lucky he is... because at the end of the day when the guy is up and about and playing well... He's a pretty handy footballer.
Re: Grammy is in this week
Stood up in some of our biggest games.... Not just the 09 grand final...
For a guy who has finished top ten in all bar 1 best and fairest since getting a regular game in 2006 (that's five of the past 6 seasons) he is IMO our most maligned player on actual output...
Best finish....runner up
Finished top 6 twice
Not bad considering our top end of players

Re: Grammy is in this week
Gram is easily best 22 when fit and firing.
Hope he comes back in next week if he'd ready, and helps the Saints beat Freo.
It's great having kids in the side, but if he is pushing for selection, he needs to come back in and continue the cycle....then we need the guy who he replaces, returning the favour and putting pressure back on him.

Re: Grammy is in this week
Its a totally pointless thread...Sandy seniors have the bye so anyone wanting some match practice after returning from injury have no option but to play in the development squad

My point wasnt that he was only good enough to play Sandy seconds, it was just how pissed off he was that there was no firsts game. I wouldnt make fun of Grammy, is still think he is very important to us.

According to one of the St K "mods" on BF:
Sandringham FC tweet:
Good win by Dev Squad on a hot day at Werribee - Sandy 16.16.112 to Werribee 11.9.75... Archer with 5 goals, Gram 24 touches
