Bright spot of an ordinary day.
Cripps while unassuming was Ok too, very efficient with disposal.

Re: Terry Milera's Debut
Regardless of all the doom and gloom.
Regardless of the reality that this is going to be a tough season for our club.
Regardless of the fact we’re “only” playing the Gold Coast Suns.
I am nonetheless pumped looking forward to next Sunday afternoon and a trip to Etihad. And Milera has a little bit to do with that.
Great first game Terry.

Re: Terry Milera's Debut
Has some things to work on in his game but he got involved and wanted to be there. Well done. Looking forward to a season or two in the gym.

Great Debut By Tezza
It says a lot about him that he was able to get more touches than Joey and Lenny while playing on a Half Forward Flank
He out shone two All Australians who are considered our super stars
More to come from him

Lenny played well and Joey continues to be a front-runner who will never ever win us a game off his own boot.Sick Nal Danto wrote:Great Debut By Tezza

As long as you say it with a cockney accent like Arthur Daily did from the TV series Minder.SainterK wrote:What's wrong with plain old Terry?

He didn't win the rising star for this round though.
I guess you rarely do after one game though!

Re: Terry Milera's Debut
A player with good kicking skills, pace, vision and evasive skills.
Wow. Rare species for us lately. Impressive.
We finally got that recruit we wanted after 09...

Re: Terry Milera's Debut
I don't know how he does it but the way he can pick up a ball of the ground so cleanly is miraculous. After years of kicking a footy more than normal people should I still dribble along the ground and need a few paws at it to collect it. It is depressing to watch when guys have skills like that. He has the x factor and is just about my favourite player already. I watched at the pub and was way too excited every time he got near it from the start. I can't wait to see him at the dome, skilled players with no wind or water are even better to watch.

Can read the play, doesn't hesitate.
Is a ready made player and should only get better.

Re: Terry Milera's Debut
In all honesty I haven't been this excited during a game of a debut for a very long time! Every touch I had confidence in his kicking!
