Will we pick up a player in the SSP window
Re: April Injury List
Didn't Raph end up with the same type of injury as Roo? Or was that last year?
I seem to recall that he had surgery on it around Rd 18 last year?

Re: April Injury List
5-7 weeks for Raph!!..
With the talent (hopefully) coming through, Cripps, Winmar and with Gwilt and Gram to come back in and take up those running half back roles, I'd hazard a guess that Raph may have well played his last game for us...

Re: April Injury List
I'd take Raph over Gram as a Half back flanker any day! Esp considering that a lot of teams will have more than 3 talls!

Yep, he's looking at a leg transplant. I blame SaintPav. (He's probably getting sick of me saying that, but rule 1 for Saints fans, is never tempt fate by saying we are having a good run with injuries.)bobmurray wrote:Wow Raph injured...there's a surprise

Re: April Injury List
Probably being very cautious with Raph given his history. Probably needs to build up some
Fitness as well. When does he go out of contract?

yep, it's my fault. I was at the Filth game in 2009 when Roo went down and I was at the 2009 and 2010 GF as well..probably all my fault too.perfectionist wrote:Yep, he's looking at a leg transplant. Re: April Injury List
Is it my imagination or is Raph starting to turn into X?
5 to 7 - has this guy offended the footy gods or what?

I've never seen a bad St.Kilda player - that's just how they are.

"James Gwilt has been in full training for almost a month, so he's getting closer,'' Watters said..
Super news...
Once in full training, how long will they give it until he has a proper hit out at VFL level, and how many matches at that level before he's ready physically for AFL game time??..
He will be a super inclusion for us once in the mix...
Cant wait.

Re: April Injury List
I saw Jimmy at the Rooeys Recruits clinic on Tuesday. Asked him how he was going. He said he would be back playing at Sandy in 2 weeks time and then another 2-4 before he was ready for a senior recall (all going well).Sobraz wrote:"James Gwilt has been in full training for almost a month, so he's getting closer,'' Watters said..
