Giving it to Hayes would be like how Hawthorn took it from Mitchell and gave it to Hodge

It made little to no difference, and in the end Mitchell had a far better season than Hodge (also came 2nd in the Brownlow)

We should leave it with Riewoldt, becuase we are lucky enough to have a big group of leaders which consists of at least 4 peopls who could be captains
