There comes a time in life when you have to give up unrealistic dreams and get on with the rest of your life.
The more you know, the more you know you don't know.
When I was a young child, I knew that I knew so much about so much.
Now that I am old and know so much more, I know that I know so much about so little, and so little about so much.
If you are not engaging AI actively and aggressively, you are doing it wrong.
You are not going to lose your job to AI.
You are going lose your job to somebody who uses AI.
Your company is not going to go out of business because of AI.
Your company is going to go out of business because another company used AI.

Good trainer and solid citizen, also known as a good team man.
May fill a short term role at a developing club until their young core group have 50 odd games into them.
With the talent available to Suns you'd think he'd get a year or two at very best.

To think he played in Grand Finals next to Goddard and Lenny and put in such crap performances.
He cannot tackle, he runs around and that is all he does. Plenty of times in the previous seasons he marks say 45 out and then looks to handball off to anyone or anything yet he plays forward and cannot kick 45?
Waste of space on a list.

Will we pick up a player in the SSP window
Cant tackle??? Have you ever thought what his role was in 2009 and 2010?The Redeemer wrote:Disagree and happy to write him off.plugger66 wrote:Hopefully he has but I certainly aint going to write someone off for trying.Middo wrote:You reckon he's got a few good years left then ..?plugger66 wrote:And Luckily for Mini that time hasnt arrived.ace wrote:There comes a time in life when you have to give up unrealistic dreams and get on with the rest of your life.

Yeah and regardless of statistics he would stick the easy ones and miss the remotely difficult to difficult tackles.clarky449 wrote:Cant tackle??? The lame attempted tackles in the first GF of 2010 will remain in my thoughts. Absolutely atrocious for a supposed gop in what was a good team.

He was played in a role that variously made Armo, Dempster and Gwilt look like ordinary workhorses. I remember the games that he played mid and looked a good if a little slow in and under feeder. Good luck to him, he's meant to be a good bloke. Hope he gets the opportunity there to show what he can really do.
Rob Eddy is not core materialBigMart wrote:Great perosn - he would be a good addition at the Suns for a few years and assist Gary, Rischetelli and Swallow....
GWS should have nabbed him.....and Eddy...they have completely stuffed up their induction in the AFL
No players 25-30.....80-150 games....NO core

I was sorry to see him "retired" by Lyon on finals night. He always seemed reasonable value to me, although 2010 was a poor season for him. He looked to be getting some form back before he was injured this year.
I wonder whether, if Lyon hadn't already sacked him, the new management might have considered keeping him on

Pretty sure the new management had a lot to do with him going.meher baba wrote:I was sorry to see him "retired" by Lyon on finals night. He always seemed reasonable value to me, although 2010 was a poor season for him. He looked to be getting some form back before he was injured this year.
