When I was talking to Michael Nettefold he said that the campaign will be "A line in the sand" he said that the ad will show us supporters lining up all the way down to etihad staduim.

I agree M, I just don't see why 'we' have to draw a line in the sand?

It's more player speak IMO, and speaks to their ambitions, but I'll live with it.

Seems to be quite postively received by Saints fans on the whole though, so if it resonates...it must just be us

its just a marketing thing really isnt it
its about the coin the club can make
the fire in the belly shouldnt be any less or more for the players depending on the slogan (youd think)

if the slogan increases the coin the club makes then its done its job
it would be interesting to know how the club came up with it, just out of interest.
