spoke with a couple of people. simon is an excellent coach. he spent time with watters when he coach the state side, the under 18's one from memory.

he really developed claremont brilliantly. they were no where, he came in and turned them around over night.

this is an absolute gem of a move by watters/the club.

Bratty, do you know if 6PR upload their audio? I looked but couldnt find any sections for it on their site...

The Saints are today advertising nationally for the role of academy director who will oversee three development coaches: McPhee, the club's former development manager, Paul Hudson (skill acquisition) and former West Coast player Jaymie Graham (leadership and welfare). St Kilda will also bolster the Sandringham staff by funding another assistant coach from the local football community.

anyone got ideas of who as a 'Local" may be in line for Sandy's other assistant position.

I would assume-- and no inside knowledge-
someone maybe connected to Sandy or atleast VFL .
