Despite all the hype re Pelchen, he is the St Kilda list manager and may be worth a listen

Really pleased with outcome, land two guys who have played well this year, Saad quite impressive at recent trials.

We have two of the best small forwards in the comp, Milne & Schnieder, Saad will compliment them now and also provide options in the future (even though Milne could probably play until he's 37)

Strong overhead, which gives him another string to his bow rather than just crumbing. Can also play up the ground.

We needed to inject speed and run into the list, both these guys help out here. Nothing specific about Milera...

Raph - Out of contract, Ameet spoke to Hazel (Raphs manager) today regarding his contract, so didn't want to comment about it.

Lynch - Name has come up in discussions, nothing concrete put through in a deal to Saints as yet, so mostly scuttlebut.

Gone from pick 20 to 25, but can't see it beginning a significant given strength of draft this year.

How hard would it have been to ask if the Saints would be expecting to feature again this week!

An interesting but pointless fact. Ameet Bains is an anagram of I see Batman.

Anyway keep up the good work. Go Saints!

Is that "am-a-ter", or "amm-a-chewer", as so many mis-pronounce it these days?
