I knew I was at least partially Australian when I could explain to people just why Angry on the Batmobile was so funny...
The fireworks at the end of the performance still crack me up...

You can listen to Bristle tell you Carlton are still a massive chance at 28 points down with two minutes to go, you can listen to him tell you all about Lorne, or you can watch a monkey on a pushbike...I know which I prefer...

You can relive the moment here:
Yep, nothing like pre-match & half time entertainment consisting of people being driven around in the back of cars to the accompaniment of some pissweak fireworks display. What next, Lionel Ritchie?
How about this for half time entertainment?

What are we going to haul Meatloaf around in? One of those gigantic cargo planes, the ones the Russians use to transport military troops and equipment? I believe it's called an Antonov and even it may have trouble loading and driving Mr. Micheal Aday (aka meatloaf) around!
I started with nothing and I've got most of it left!

That sounds exactly like a dream.

I think I might have been at that one but suffered brain fade from excessive sunstroke. Well the beer money was going to charity anyway.avid wrote:I went about 20metres in it.
