So What happens now?
We are looking for:
1. a new coach
2. Some assistant coaches
3. Some trades
4. Some young guns
5. Passion
6. Belief
& to win a few games in 2012 that keep the fans excited.
Its going to be a long off season but despite what some are saying, when things seem to be going shite, little things happen that make everything seem not so bad.
Unless something majorly goes to s*** then we can only look forward to the rest of the year and start of 2012 bring.
I mean I love the passion our supporters show but at the end of the day I think things happen for a reason.
A few more weeks to let things settle, some appointments and some stability and everything will be back to normal.
See its looking better already and I havn't even been drinking.

If anyone says loyalty I will friggin spew.
Loyalty does not exist in football or when money is involved. That's just the way it is.

Ross's ugly words were in fact correct.SaintPav wrote:If anyone says loyalty I will friggin spew.

Loyalty as a motivator is a perception imposed by other parties with an interest in perpetuating a myth.
Collective focused pursuit of winning is all that really matters.
"The inches we need are everywhere around us. They're in every break in the game. Every minute, every second. On this team we fight for that inch. On this team we tear ourselves and everyone around us to pieces for that inch. We claw with our fingernails for that inch. Because we know when we add up all those inches that's gonna make the f***in' difference between winning and losing! Between living and dying!'
