Was suggesting he was used as an excuse for why Ross left. What have you got to do with anything?

Reminiscent (but not as funny) as the media mogul Samuel Goldwyn's celebrated quote

"A verbal agreement isn't worth the paper it's written on."

(P.S. He was the guy who also supposedly said "The problem with history is that there's no future in it" and, talking about a future deadline, that "We'll have all passed a lot of water by then.")

Well compared to other clubs we still lack behind in facilities IMO

Melbourne folks, please enlighten me. Just how far away is Seaford from the CBD and is it considered to be a low class area or something?

I was under the impression it was only a half hour drive or so in an area of growth.

approx 50mins from CBD. And right out in the suburbs. To put it politely, it is not the preferred location for people with money.

I want accountability. Who is resonsible for Lyon's contract and the get out clause? I am furious that Melbourne has poached Misson. Melbourne FFS. What is going on?

Nor is Rowville West, yet they're a happy team at Hawthorn!

Yeah i go to School in Seaford, i dont live there thankfully!. There is good parts of Seaford but the "crap" parts outweigh the good parts. I wouldnt walk around at night even if it is to a house in the next street.

I have calmed down and given it some thought. Misson was very loyal to Ross , so best to have him out of the place. I am putting my trust in Chris Pelchen.

Rowville West? You makin' up new suburbs Dr S? When it was our home ground it was in Mulgrave, quite a few steps ahead of Seaford or Franganistan North on the social scale. Also 10km closer to the CBD and much easier to get to.

But if you live among the beautiful people of Port Melbourne it's still a bloody long hike everyday.

Why aren't all the Hawks asking to be traded to Collingwood?

Let's be honest the other side of the freeway is really Belvedere Park not Seaford and I will admit to seeing some dodgy people when I have had to run to the late night chemist on the corner of Frankston/Dandenong Rd
