Good point.... We will still want to make an appointment quickly, but we dont have to worry about other clubs nabbing our shortlist.

I am a bit disappointed we missed out on McCartney. From the sounds of it he is very good at developing young players and seems to have a lot of respect from other coaches he has worked with.
