I hope so.

I could be wrong but the last two times we finished the season with a coach getting the arse, after making consecutive finals series we missed finals by a game (despite winning our final game of the season)

Yes , there's bound to be a new air of excitement around the club, hopefully more attacking game style , and a happier enviroment .
I know ross went though allot of assistant coaches , perhaps he was hard arse ( obviously its all about ross )
New coach and assistants , eveyone will be geared up to move forward.
