didn't see much in the way of ruck work though
EDIT: just re-watched the 2009 GF sprint, stephen hill was in that field and got away to a flier but rhys mowed him down. hill did look to be quicker over the first 30 metres though.

What's the Point of it All?

He needs game time. Just play him all next season (barring injury). We have to expect that he's going to get plenty of 6 touch no goal games but he will improve with the more experience he gains. I still hold a lot of hope for him.
