Lyon gone (According to yet another "Inside Source"
Take it to the bank people - my information from inside the herald sun news room is that lyon has today agreed to a 5 yr deal with the dees and has informed the st kilda players and board accordingly earlier this afternoon

Seem obvious to me he is leaving
when Nettlefold appeared on FC last night
in a feeble attempt to get some PR spin out there
and all he could offer was " spirit of the contract "
There is no other reason as to why he would otherwise appear before the matter was settled
WHY WOULD YOU?
seriously wake up and think about it
might go over the heads of most of the dumb **** sheep on here and out there but it was all an exercize in trying to put the message out there that the club is doing all they can
when they know he's already gone
an incompetent board who inherited a brilliant coach and now have managed to *** UP ONCE AGAIN and lose him
offering a two year extension with conditions

If ross lyon leaves stk we are in serious trouble....
I said midyear, when everything was farked...to sign him untilthe end of 2015 as a show of solidarity and continuity not usually seen a stk....break the knee jerk menality from our history..... I was shot down as usual, by the usuals......to me it was obvious
He turned around the 2006 side in 3 years with a new gp and a dozen new players....he would do it again imo
No we find ourselves in a pickle with the second best coach in the afl walking.....if he. Does

You know why i dont think people on here know anything for sure. I spoke to a Saints player today who is very high up at the club and know very well and he 100% refused to talk about the coaching position and previously he has told me many things. I think people make this stuff up about being 100% certain especially when 2 people say the exact opposite things.clarky449 wrote:I read the first sentence and i thought, sweet Plugger wont be wrong!
