He has yet to find out if there is a place for him.QuestionOfAccuracy wrote:Has Tommy committed to coming back next year yet?
The rest of Australia can wander mask-free, socialise, eat out, no curfews, no zoning, no police rings of steel, no illogical inconsistent rules.

After today's Sandy match, Tommy will be on a high and doesn't have much more to prove. It's up to the Selectors now.
My concern is that there doesn't seem to be much competition up forward keeping him out of being tried. His bulk and attack on the ball should cause some concern to the opposition, freeing up Rooey a little, which is certainly greater than what Gamble or Lynch can give. Tommy has proven today that he can at least kick straight !
He is not "the salvation" in any respect, but should at least be given an opportunity. The other forwards in the team are certainly not impressing anyone (selectors included). Nothing to lose - everything to gain before the finals.

What great news.
Go Tommy.
Hope he gets a gernsey next week.
Sounds like he deserves to.

Lance or James??
There comes a point in every man's life when he has to say, "Enough is enough." For me, that time is now. I have been dealing with claims that I cheated and had an unfair advantage in <redacted>. Over the past three years, I have been subjected to a <redacted>investigation followed by <redacted> witch hunt. The toll this has taken on my family, and my work for <redacted>and on me leads me to where I am today – finished with this nonsense. (Oops just got a spontaneous errection <unredacted>)

Personally I'd prefer to see Roo and/or Kosi have a blinder up forward.bigcarl wrote:Who is going to kick them? We're asking a lot of Milney these days.plugger66 wrote:

But then again I'm obviously out of step with the mainstream on here.
It's apparently more important to worry about what might happen in 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015 thatn for us to get up a head of steam whilst we consolidate our position in the 2011 Final 8 and even consider an unlikely tilt at this season's premiership.
