I've said it before and I'll say it again.

I truly feel sorry for young supporters who missed out on experiencing THE most incredible unstoppable player of all of time.

After about his 6th goal full backs virtually gave up.

I know we all forget the past and carry on about how good Reiwoldt is but Plugger was a massive step above him.

I never saw anyone draw crowds to games (including me) like this guy. He had it all.

My boy didn't do too bad that day Vs Adelaide either.

Thanks for another reminder of how awsome he was and the memories.

Have never seen highlights of that Sydney game - will watch it soon

I remember Lethal coaching filth and saying if you could keep Plugger to 6 you were doing well!

The best player I have seen, although I often wonder how I would've viewed him if he hadn't been a Saint

Well said. I'm just so glad I was able to watch him and Winmar in full flight. My favourite team ever was that 1991 side.

Thanks for posting again, mcadam05.

I'm with you how we never even came close to winning a flag with that list is a joke. I even remember other clubs supporters saying the same.

Imo we had the best list in the comp but other clubs played better as a team.

I know I'm probably on my own here but I was not a big wrap for sheldon. Alves came in losing a lot of those players including locket but got them playing with so much better structure.
