Saints v Collingwood Friday 12th August 2011
Discuss
Saints injury concerns
Polo dislocated thumb, though returned to field
Gamble rolled ankle, reckon he'll miss
Armo concussion, though played really well after
Possible matchups?
Jolly v McEvoy
Dawson v Cloke
Tarrant v Roo
Brown v Blake
Davis v Milne
Armo v Maxwell
Dempster and Jones will be interesting...Daisy, Swan, Didak, Pendlebury
Could Fisher go head to head with someone again?
Out Gamble (inj)
In Dawson
I'd love to see Geary in the side, but can't think who else would sub?
Bakes may be a chance with so many smalls
Not saying we'll win, but boys are finishing games off really well, which they will have to do against Pies. Who have another gear late in games, need to be close at 3 qtr time to be a chance.
Pies are in crazy form.

Not unknown at all. Ross released the tags because he felt we had lost control of the contest.Sam23 wrote:Dempster to Swan and CJ to Thomas was how we went last time and they were both very successful before Ross released the tags for an unknown reason.
Montagna was our leading clearance player at that point, when he got injured at the opening bounce courtesy of that maggot Toovey it was always going to be an uphill battle.
I think if we can just be close at three quarter time, we just may be the team that goes with them when they put the foot down.InkerSaint wrote:Not unknown at all. I don't usually subscribe to a team being 'due' but if I did, aren't they?
I disagree, if we are 5 or 6 goals up we should start resting players for the real challenge in round 22. Sydney are a prickly team to get over.SaintPav wrote:I hope it's more. We need as much percentage as possible.bobmurray wrote:Hope the winning margin doesn't blow out beyond 10 goals
