I was listening to Finey on SEN just before lunchtime today and he gave the listeners the following stats about Friday nights match against the Crows.
Quarter Length 20 minutes
The last 5-6 minutes of each quarter (of the 20 minutes playing time) or approx 8-12 minutes of each quarter (count up time) we scored 3 points for the entire match.
So we didn't score in virtually 32-48 minutes of football,
AND WE STILL WON BY 103 POINTS.
He said we played shut down footy but obviously didn't score much ourselves.
I'm not sure if we meant to do that or we were just tired, but it looked like we meant it.
Are we the shut down specialists of ourselves?
