Walker's mark is an absolute ripper, its on the AFL website on the right.
I know its the wrong board but I think as anyone who loves a flying mark, this is up there with some of Winmar's speccies.

Walkers mark was magnificent. Not a hint of hands on shoulders or back, just pure timing and spring..and hung on his shoulders for ages

BJ's was better
"The inches we need are everywhere around us. They're in every break in the game. Every minute, every second. On this team we fight for that inch. On this team we tear ourselves and everyone around us to pieces for that inch. We claw with our fingernails for that inch. Because we know when we add up all those inches that's gonna make the f***in' difference between winning and losing! Between living and dying!'

Hands did not even slightly touch any part of his body. Lack of knowledge is actually amazing. Dont think a lawyer cxould get you off that stupid comment.stinger wrote:we must have been watching different marks.....brilliant...but there was more than just a tad of a touch...actually thought he was going to strangle him at one point.....saint66au wrote:Relevant cos Carltons win puts us back in the eight

Yeah top mark. but so he should've - he has a leap on him and it was set up nicely.
Bj's from GF1 is much better given the occaison. Its sad that it'll always be 'tainted' by the events of the next week.
But i can't help myself watching it every few weeks - the roar of the crowd is spine-tingling.
There is a great Youtube clip of it filmed from the pocket behind, by a Saints fan in the crowd - truly one of the great moments in AFL history.

Well Saints did Blues a favour last week by beating WCE, it's only fair they returned the favoursaint66au wrote:Relevant cos Carltons win puts us back in the eight

Still baffles me how the f...k we managed to not win after that....will continue to be a chip on my shoulder until we managed to snag one eventually....jonesy wrote:

The problem was there was still about 7 minutes left on the clock. We needed to get another goal immediately and it would've been enough and possibly opened up the floodgates!!!St Chris wrote:Still baffles me how the f...k we managed to not win after that....will continue to be a chip on my shoulder until we managed to snag one eventually....jonesy wrote:

There's only one good thing about the draw's place in history - while what happened the next week was a debacle, it wouldn't have occurred WITHOUT the draw. Filth fans can celebrate their flag but it will always be a sticking point no matter how much they will scoff.
I'll bet none of them would watch the draw dvd, would they? Too close to home...
