ZACHARIAH - WHAT A MARK!
Awesome mark.
Is it just me, or did he play one of his best games tonight?

He was our best in my opinion. Was superb down back. Stopped some very dangerous fwd moves by the opposition and initiated numerous for us. was aggressive at the man WITH the ball. Executed a perfect pass in the last 1/4 which resulted in a goal. Great game Zac!Sainternist wrote:Awesome mark.

Had a rare poise tonight I thought, as did Raph.
A goal assist, a goal to Raph, two to Kosi... I hereby anoint this "Scapegoats Round"

Zac is always a better player when he goes for the ball. That is precisely the point that Robert Walls has been making. Trying to body opponents is just not going to work for him, at least at this stage of his development. But as we saw, his leap is very good, so why not fly for more? To be fair, it's a lot easier to fly on the wing than in the back square, but had Bob Murray not gone for the mark in '66 (and taken it), Barry Breen's point would probably have been meaningless.

Are you sure it was really him.Junction Oval wrote:Like others, I initially gave credit to Dal for Zac's "bullet pass" in the last quarter. I didn't think that Zac could possibly execute like that. Well done Zac, he played well all night..
I keep reading on here that his disposal is shyte so he surely wouldn't be able to execute a pass like that, would he?
