When Lenny eventually retires ( lets hope not for at least a couple more years ) who will take the mantle as our new spiritual leader. Is he on our playing list presently?
I think it will be Jack Stevens

"Another storied win in Robert Harvey's career. They say he is the embodiment of their motto of strength through loyalty, and on the day he became just the tenth man to play 350 league games the saints reward him with a seemingly impossible victory."
Players that have been with us a long time tend to take the role. So I think Roo, followed by BJ. BJ is to young at this stage, besides he has to will be Captain. I dread the day Lenny goes.............................

"P.S. I sincererly hope after my last two posts :" Luke Bloody Ball" and "Hallelujah" this doesn't cause any controversy.
There is a risk tony.
Someone is likely to suggest that Ball will see the error of his ways and demand a return to his beloved Saints, at which stage this passion for the Red, White & Black will prove he is our new spiritual leader!
According to a family member Lenny will call it quits after next year 2012. Apparently he is planning to return to Sydney and take up a coaching role with GWS.
SAINTS another day older another day closer to the Holy Grail!
I hope you aren't being ironic Saintdooley -Jones has been very good for the last 6 games or so and I would happily give him a leadership role. He leads by example and plays like a role model should. If your bagging him you are doing another great service to our cheer squad.

Thought he showed that tonight. Great season after his huge mistake in NZ
