Schneider wore won against Geelong in Round 13 last year I think.
I think Milne wore one against Port in 2009, Essendon Round 15 2006...he's worn one plenty of times.
Kosi wore one against Brisbane I think in Round 6, 2004 (the Schwarze goal game), but there would be plenty of examples since, that's seven years ago now, and Raph's debut has been mentioned.
Aaaaand in Round 22, 2001: Aussie Jones (wore them many a time) and Chad Davis (Milne too, watching the kick from the goal line; I have a 2001 poster of him wearing the long-sleeve home jumper against Sydney in Round 6):
