He has worked hard to improve his game and has done a great job for us. He played like a captain of the team.

Would like to know how many to our advantage as in getting it to a team mate and how many were little handball's to nobody. Thought he did ok but decision making is still poor and everytime he gets it not sure what the forwards expect..
Jack Newnes happy to be a Saint !!!! PS and to hit a target !!!

Why our problem? He shouldn't in the absence of Montagna, Lenny, Dal Santo back take responsibility in the mid field. He should obviously step back and allow Steven to be the general in the mid field.

Trouble is though he had 30 touches, but 19 handballs.
Need the ball in the hands of the guys who will deliver it, and well.
It was a great game, just something I noticed.

The problem is not CJ...he is meant to be a support player....but that supposedly better plaers like Roo were shocking tonight.
Gibert was poor.
Gwilt could hardy o anything right...etc etc
If all of our players had played to their ability us much as CJ did tonight we would have won in spades.
One thing CJ does is work hard at his game and improve.
Flying the World in comfort thanks to FF Points....

Jones is not someone you want getting 30 touches. That means about 15 panicked handballs to no one, 5 clanger kicks and a few that go to teammates sideways. I really don't think he is premiership side material. When the pressure is on, he crumbles. There is no doubting his effort and intensity, but you also need skill and a knack for the game to be a good player.
