I am currently in Dallas, Texas and have just been in a capacity filled bar witnessing the Dallas Mavericks win their first ever Championship in the NBA.
After celebrating hard with all the die hards, I broke down in tears in front of my Texan wife, because all I want, is to experience this with my team. She doesn't really get it (she's trying) but forum, I know you do.

Plase give me my premiership. I'm not greedy, I just want one in my lifetime. Please.

One day... one day...

We've come too close without winning one. Surely, we can pull it off just once. I'm only young but I know I only need one in my lifetime to make me happy.

When it does happen, boy will Saints fans celebrate harder than any other club ever has. We will get there one day, its just all a waiting game.

The good thing is we were much better in VFA before 1897 and if all those flags are added onto the tally's as the Cats wont we will be much better off.

Someone put a link on here recently, pages of it, all about what we say.

That's right, all about what us fans think, not even about St Kilda as a club....a thread purely about Saintsational.

The bit that's hard to fathom, is that it's the side who just won the flag, and you'd think would be celebrating rather than obsessing about a Saints supporter website.

Not hard to believe when you consider how other clubs won there flags with the help of money , for eg Collingwood and Carlton have always been involved with the criminal element and were awash with dirty money whereas the honest teams struggled.
And I wouldn't be too worried about it, you follow your team through thick and thin, it shows character whereas following sides like the above shows that cheating isn't a problem for that sort of person.
or simply they go for those sides because they are up there as opposed to those who will go with the battler, that in itself says a lot about the weakness of some individuals.
So just be happy you are with a great bunch of people instead of the feral flea ridden scum at Collingwood for eg. or the mono browed turkeys at Carlton.

So you see, even though the cabinet is light on we can still hold our heads up .
