Is Zac trade bait?
Given his versatility he has to be worth an early second round pick. I think he even rucked for a while in a game earlier this season.
Holder of unacceptable views and other thought crimes.

I said late first round but if he has 3 or 4 BOG's in the next few games he may even go as an early first round. An ideal type looking for a really strong defender.meher baba wrote:So we picked him up as a rookie from a VFL team and now he's worth a first round pick?

would need a string of them to even go second round - but will never get them. seriously overrated. doubt anyone would want him as anything more than a last pick nothing to lose gamble.plugger66 wrote:I said late first round but if he has 3 or 4 BOG's in the next few games he may even go as an early first round. Cos there's SO many red hot full backs going around...
HEAPS, there are. Dime a friggin' dozen.
I will laugh heartily at you all when, fuller of body, more ruthless of mind, he plays his 200th game for St Kilda.

"The inches we need are everywhere around us. They're in every break in the game. Every minute, every second. On this team we fight for that inch. On this team we tear ourselves and everyone around us to pieces for that inch. We claw with our fingernails for that inch. Because we know when we add up all those inches that's gonna make the f***in' difference between winning and losing! Between living and dying!'

Hey, don't laugh at me...I've got no doubt he's got a long career at St Kilda ahead of him, and the players we'll be offloading at season's end, won't be worth trading. To be fair to Pav though, you can't use Steven Baker as trade bait, for the sake of this hypothetical scenario.Thinline wrote:Cos there's SO many red hot full backs going around...

There is one exception though, I think we'll get something for Gram.
It's up to us the supporters to dictate their market value.
We need to all ring SEN and feign shock and dismay that they are not in the team, remind everyone how good they were in such and such a match, lament the fact they may end up somewhere else at seasons end and St Kilda will be so very sorry.

It won't work, opposition clubs will read our forum and discover none of our team is worth a cracker.SainterK wrote:It's up to us the supporters to dictate their market value.
