My new favourite player has been MIA the last 2 weeks. Are they resting him up for round 1 or does have a niggle?

Any ideas?

Not the shortest player on our list. If he's three quarters as good as the shorty we picked up in the 3rd round of 2001 I'll be happy.

there were giggles all around when one of the short saints yesterday was presented his jumper by a young man who was almost taller than him..

Im going to go out on a limb here and state that I dont think he will get a game this year.

Looks like a talent, but is way down the pecking order.

I think his performances have been greatly exaggerated to say the least thou.

Dunno if thats going out on a limb given the lack of debutants in past 5 years. Who was the last 19 year old to play? Armo, Lynch and Stanley Im guessing? So about 1 per year? So on stats he wont play.

Im certainly not apologising for getting excited by him. I rate him and I never have seen the hype about Jack (apart from that Geelong game) but Ledger looks like he has some real explosiveness.

I doubt he will deserve a game. Correct many dont get one in a strong team - But i think his performances, while good.. Have been grossly overrated.

It doesn't bother me either way - it just makes it a little more interesting come the season proper :)

He's looked very promising in my view but would be behind the Alastair Smith's & Jack Steven's at this point - however if he's getting BOG's for Sandringham during the year - he'd hardly be ignored.

Looks a player..........wait and see i suppose.....

Most boys drafted can play...or are elite athletes
Holding them back can be
Pace, size, skill, confidence, dedication, ability....

If they have a weakness....a stregth must make up for it....

He looked composed....
