I dont actually care any more about his silly orange caps. If he wants to sell em at a profit to fund trivia question prizes I spose thats his doing..he says the AFL have OK'd them although his reference to the Club being the same is a bit hazy..but anyways..

Sadly here though what he is practicing here is deception of player sponsors, no more, no less..

With each player sponsorship comes a list of "freebies" that accompany it. That list is supplied to the sponsor, ort in the case of a "shareholder" type sponsorship as done by a supporter group or syndicate, the nominated representative of that group. In our case thats Mr Magic, with the Saints Footy page its their admins Andrew and Danusia

It is the ABSOLUTE role of that representative to pass that list on to the members of the sponsorship group. They have just as much right to know whats available as the representatives do. We are blessed that Mr Magic is a wonderful ambassador for our group (and SS in general) and keeps us fully informed of all information regarding our sponsorship. What the admins of Saints Footy have done however is frankly reprehensible. They have edited that list before making it available to the shareholders, omitting any mention of Saturdays lunch / seat tickets.

They justify this on 2 grounds One, that they offered as replacement a signed framed jumper of their sponsor player Arryn Siposs. Thats wrong..that jumper was always offered as a "bonus prize" that the club werent providing. Secondly they have justified themselves using the lunch tickets by saying (and I quote) "We are the primary sponsors of Arryn and we do all the work on the site" Really I dont think I need comment on that, it speaks for itself.

Hopefully a few of Arryns sponsors thru SF will get wind of this and make a fuss as a couple already have.
