i wouldnt put money on gram to kick a goal even if he was within 2 metres.

He did kick 2 goals. 1 from right on the 50 if I remember correctlty and our only goal for the entire second quarter.
But since he is a favourite wipping boy of some of the "supporters" on this forum we shouldnt let a little thing like the truth get in the way of our bagging should we

A low grade priority from GWS...Dr Spaceman wrote:What do you honestly think we'd get for him?Teflon wrote:trade.
Just asking.
"The inches we need are everywhere around us. They're in every break in the game. Every minute, every second. On this team we fight for that inch. On this team we tear ourselves and everyone around us to pieces for that inch. We claw with our fingernails for that inch. Because we know when we add up all those inches that's gonna make the f***in' difference between winning and losing! Between living and dying!'

He's frustrating to watch. Can't question the endeavour of the majority of the side but to see if effort just before half time, bouncing the ball past the centre and out of the corner of his eye saw a hawk approaching. Shat himself and turned it over. I could mention another two efforts where he could have taken a hit but piked it.
My 11yo will never be a champion, but is what you can call an honest tryer. To see him today throwing himself onto the ball, smothering in front of flying boots, head long into contests ..... then getting home to see what Gram offers. Not good enough.

Right at the moment, this bloke, who came second in a best and fairest, was best on ground in a Grand Final 20 months ago, and who at 27 should be playing his best footy, is probably the only player on our list who at times I feel genuine contempt for.
STRENGTH THROUGH LOYALTY.

Last year was a shocker for him, groin surgery, other stuff happening.
He still appears to run like he is sore, perhaps it's a mental thing?
I always thought Luke Ball still played 'injured' when he likely wasn't.
Dunno.
He literally dreamed of playing for the Saints, I wonder if he forgot to pinch himself.
