Gilbert and Polo

Some poster floated the idea of getting gilbert out of the backline and not in the fwd line earlier this year.....

2012 is now a transition year....when those players start to interchange

I reckon lynch, steven, smith, armo, ben, geary should be 3-5 year players should be the ones we pump games into in 2012

Clarke, winmar, simpkin on standby for gwilt, gilbert or lynch
Gamble....only for milne
Archer/stanley for an injured ruckman

What those replacements prove to me, if that is what happens, is that our window shuts this year unless we can get some confidence into our better players and at least get 12 wins this year which is going to be a huge ask. If we do finash well then it leaves us with one last shot at next year. For suggesting tanking well kiss goodnight to the window.

Yes we are still in the hunt this year only just.But you are right we should get games into as many youngsters as possible and then reload for next year.

A bit harsh on armo has really come of age the last couple of weeks in the middle.

We need not to play blake,mini,clark,peake, for the rest of the season expect for injury.They are not up to and will not take us that next step.

Play Archer,stanley as he is very mobile, forward/Ruck rooy in the middle when needed kossi up forward or ruck.Winmar half back with smith,cripps,sippos,ledger polo all on ball or wing,bench.Wit gamble/Lynch
ff or forward flank they can play down back as well.


Big mac could allso go forward and ruck so there is a lot of versatility there and in the back line but one question remains we need to play these guys even if they have bad games young guys will do that.

If we dont play them and find out where there at well will not recouver for many years.
