Elevation from Rookie List

With Lenny gone for the year can a rookie get elevated onto the senior list? I'm thinking Tommy would be good and hopefully would show the spirit demonstated in the international games over the summer. :idea:

We already have Archer elevated, for Gardiner I think. Yes it is time Tom was elevated too. He shows more promise than Darch.
