4.7

choked when he needed to stand up as a senior player.

Good effort but didn't kick the goal when he had too.

Clearly pros and cons. 4.7 shows he can still get it done, but .7 isn't good enough.

Why is that chocking? Didnt he win the game for us last year against the Tigers. He may have just missed the goal. Plenty do.

INCORRECT. he was one of our best players tonight.

there were other players who you could accuse for choking tonight before milne.

Minute on the clock.

35 meters out.

Misses.

Don't care if he was one of our best, which he was.

Didn't take the responsibility of winning the game for us.

Not good enough as far as i'm concerned.

Blake last week cost us the game with a terrible decision.

S. Milne cost us the game this week with a terrible kick.

4.7 and a few handed off is why we have 2 points instead of 0 points this season.

frankly what were our other forwards contribution?

Look, I'm usually one of the first to bag the Tip Rat but tonight's game was one of his better contributions.

Would love for him to have that game again next week, as we'll need everyone up and about if we are to get anywhere near the Bombers!!!

More players to blame Reiwoldt for a start missed so many marks and the bell went straight to Richmond and a goal. Milne may not have kicked goal but at least he was in there having a go and that is all we can ask

s*** accuracy but BOG by a mile. 11 scoring shots himself and had a hand in another 4 or so. Without him we would have lost by 6+ goals

Joey was 10 meters out and missed. By your logic he would be even more culpable than Milne. And since he had such a poor game to boot he failed even more miserably. Get off Milne's back.

Milne was superb last night. The only forward we had who troubled the opposition. It's unusual for him to be so inaccurate.

Like Mad Saint Guy, I believe we would have lost by 6 goals without him. Compare his attack, energy, and creativity to Gamble.

Great to see all the Milne bashers popping out of the woodwork with their doomsayer friends  Typical reaction by the sky-is-falling brigade

Can anyone tell me whether they saw if Milnes shot that grazed the post actually hit it? To me it looked like it didn't and Milne apparently thought so too as he was off sprinting for the bench.

Milne is one of the few that puts himself into positions to have shots...

i don't blame him for missing a few

He always single-handedly wins us a few h&A games.
Including one against Richmond a while back.

One Tiger fan near us yelled out after one of his goals
"Let's see you play like this in a Grand Final".

Cheap smart-arse remark.
But let's face it, there is no come-back line as it is basically the truth.

tigers haven't been in a GF since 1980?

milne contributed mightily to getting us into 3 and did pretty well in 2010 GF1

Definitely looked like it did on tv, could see the balls path change.

I can see everyone's frustration with him as his accuracy cost us, but if he plays like that most weeks, he kick at least 7 more times than not and we'd have won.

We have far bigger concerns than Milney.
