as above caps/hats aren't in stock yet- 1st home game at Etihad was last I heard-

Got Mine- I'm in and even got a seat next to my etihad companion.

I was informed from the Membership department by email, that the hats can be collect at the G this Friday night, but we will have to wait and see.

The two missing memberships have finally arrived

After three and a half months !!!!

BUT

(I knew it was too good to be true).

When I opened the envelope addressed to me.
Inside the envelope I found my membership - tick

AND

another membership belonging to some guy in Richmond.
His surname wasn't even remotely like mine!!!!!!!!

So now I am stuck with some other poor guy's membership.
Means I will have to waste my time and ring the clowns tomorrow and try to sort out their mess.
I'll refrain from any further comments.

So if anyone else is missing a membership.
Perhaps it has been tossed in an envelope and posted to some other random member.

And if you are missing your membership and your name is "Paul" from Richmond then PM me

Finally got the last remaining membership for our family yesterday.

Lol re the package having an extra random membership in the envelope EM. That's pretty bad. I guess you have to laugh, but what about poor Paul who has missed out altogether.

Roll on Friday night is all I can say....

ok possibly a stupid question sorry, so i didn't want to start a new thread for it.

I dont have a reserved seat with my membership - its just a 'general admission' interstate m/ship, presumably this means if friends who are non-members get general admin tickets and come along we can sit together? Or is there a general admin section specific to saints members?

general admittance lets all colours/ shapes/ sizes/ ages/ etc etc etc. in.

Bring them along to any saints game- the more in the better

yeah mate
they can sit next to you
not sure who you get a ticket thru (ticketek/master?) as i never bought one for myself during the reg season when i was an interstate member.
but im guessing you get your ticket and then ask for one for a mate and youll get put wherever but obviously you dont pay for yours.

I'll be taking some friends who have just moved to Melb (from here in the ACT) to a saints game for their first live footy experience. Ideal opportunity to indoctrinate them into the red, white and black I say.

your friends buy their tickets at a ticket box at the game- or online or at an agency ticketek ( MCG) or ticketmaster ( etihad) 0cheaper at the gate- no booking fee
then you use your membership card to scan in and your friends scan their paper tickets.

IF you are a 16 game member - You need to contact membership- ASAP_ 9 am tomorrow and you should be able to get a paper ticket...
laureng@saints.com.au as per the email and match day info

you won't get membership BUT if you are an 11 game member then you have another week- but still contact membership

you get your scarf (and caps if you have a social club membership) mailed out if you live interstate (no matter what membership you hold)..not sure how country vic members get theres, but prob the same way, via mail.

The actual printing and despatch of Membership Cards is outsourced (as are all AFL Clubs memberships).
I think the issue of the early 'home' game at the MCG combined with a 'communication problem' between Etihad and MCG has caused it.

Well hopefully at the game today they ask Geelong who they use to print and despatch Member ships. This is far from satisfactory as a process.

I recently bought my daughter membership and will be watching how long this will take from March. If its poor I will await the usual club surveys to provide my response.
