Well their Board and shareholders need to remember that also. It's their biggest point of difference.

Without their safety record they become just another airline to the millions of flyers who aren't Australian.

yeah and they worked hard for that record to only flirt with it by cutting funds to the main areas that gave them their record ... i honestly question the logic of those incharge of Qantas they take a company with a outstanding corp. profile and a great image and flogg it to within an inch of its self ... bad CEO's destroy what was once a great company
