I purchased memberships for my four grandchildren and to date only one has arrived. I spoke to the club 3 weeks ago in an attempt to hurry things along but this has not worked. I also had to join one grandchild to the cats as well as I have a wayward son in law, and her Geelong package arrived over a week before Christmas.

The Club needs to rethink its membership arrangements. There was no way they were going to be posted before Christmas and they should not have told us they would be. Perhaps they could take note of how Geelong manages theirs.

Also, I don't really think all the items in my 2 year old grandchild's pack were appropriate, nor were they in my dog's package. More thought please.

I will be waiting for the next survey about service. The club has really got this wrong and while its a small matter to most raising the expectation when they obvuiusly couldn't deliver was plain stupid.

They need to think about the whole way memberships are roled out not just the pack contents.

I am still waiting for my families membership too and I am a little surprised to see other clubs getting theirs close to on time.

Midfield clearances and clear winners are needed to make an effective forward line.

You need to protect the ball handler to increase posession efficiency

I better look into that Cherub membership! My tiny little grand daughter arrived early in time to celebrate Australia Day!

They'd pretty much all be out of the same warehouse, actually from memory, didn't someone last year accidently get a Richmond lanyard in their membership pack?

I'm afraid that comes with the territory when you use off shore suppliers.

They are on there way, I'm sure that's what the club's been told numerous times.

The part that is in St Kilda's control, is where they send an apology letter out to the members to whom they did not fulfill a promise.

Thank you. All well, although Sharli will spend some time in Special care as she was early and quite little (2.2kg).

And I'm Nanny. Grandma just feels a little old.

Thanks Sainter K. I had a lovely day. Breakfast with my boys, lunch with my family. Had dinner out with my hubby then we went to see Hairspray.

I was wondering if they still give out the spoons too.

I have one, though couldn't tell you where it is.

I watched it the other day as well as watching the one from 2009. Both made me very proud of the saints efforts until the last match of the year.

Has anyone who renewed their membership before Christmas NOT received their membership pack? The money was taken from the credit card just before Christmas but so far no membership pack.

2 others in the family renewed before the December 1 deadline and received their packs a couple of weeks ago.

Yep, same. From memory I don't think I got mine last year until the second week of the NAB Cup.

I like others renewed mine at "the day after". I am wondering why they did away with the annual pins ? Wierd huh. And as for that keychain ,, ha ha.

However , can anyone tell me what i am supposed to have received.

Packaged arrived today.
The clear satchel with printed section facing out with address,
2010 DVD
Sticker set
Lanyard

No membership card
No scarf

Did anyone recieve only the same ?

Do you take out a regular membership, Vietnam_Saint? Please tell me the powers that be at the club are not so dumb that they expect interstate/international members to collect anything from the club?????

Another week has gone by.
Still not received.
Almost two months since I paid up naively thinking that this year I might get them as Xmas presents.

How complicated is it?
They know there will be around 40,000 members.
Surely they would start to organised it all mid year so they would be all ready to ship the moment applications come in.
It's called PLANNING

Instead it looks like they get to December and are shocked to find all these membership applications coming in, and then have to run round frantically organising to produce the packs for this "unexpected" surge.

Starting to wonder if they will arrive by Round 1
