Apparently everyone took the plunge.
I'm so relieved!
I had to do a 50m+ abseil last year. I absolutely sh*t myself the entire way down!!!
The Queenstown activity is different. Like a drop, then a swing. Looks quite scary.
Obviously everything's different when you're young, super-fit alpha males. But I'm glad guys openly admitted they were scared. Even Milney, for all his bravado. It's a good sign. Shows there's a lot of honesty and trust in the group. These guys have been through a lot together over the last few years!

In honour of those who went before, in the dark and desperate years.

Had a go at this a couple of years ago. The really interesting one, they call it the gimp, they hang you upside down off an arm that hangs off the edge. They strap a little bear to you which is dressed up like a gimp. Most exhilarating thing I have done, hanging head first looking 150m+ straight down, then they let you go. Saw a couple of the boys have a go at it.
If at first you don't succeed, sky diving is not for you.

Apparently the 2 big queenslanders did it together and Ross did it twice.. several were going to do the Buddy jump- Joey and Schneids another.

KB - who ca't climb a ladder let alone go up a tower suggested it was too dangerous- and this' bonding' stuff was silly
Jon Ralph completely disagreed but the callers who supported his call were let through, although many said how they grew in confidence after completing similair experiences
Jon suggested KB was just too much of a loner ..
I note no one has a problem with the pies putting themselves in danger walking big hills in america....?
