2011 membership packs for christmas?

Was wondering if anyone has recieved their 2011 membership packs?? As i am waiting for some i bought for my family for christmas. Do you know when they should be arriving in the mail???

They did say BEFORE Christmas. My guess is that they will be running on a very tight schedule meaning that it could be as late as Christmas Eve before they arrive, but more than likely early next week !!

My guess is they will blame China and we will get in early Jan.

I rang up on the 30th Nov to renew my nephew's toddler membership which I pay for. I also needed to change the spelling of his name. They said I would get it before xmas. Then, when I checked my credit card statement, I noticed it hadn't gone through. I rang last week and sure enough, they updated the spelling of his name, but didn't renew the membership. I said something about that meaning he wouldn't get it, but he told me that he will still get it before Christmas. It will be interesting to see if that's the case.

We seem to go through this every year. Going by the past, memberships are sent out just prior to the season starting. Reason being, people loose them.

And this is exploding in volume this season due to the strong Aussie

We do. The difference being that this year renewal brochures stated that renewals received by Dec 1st would receive their membership packs in time for Christmas.

I really hope they do arrive by christmas because if they dont its going to cost me more money on buying them somthing else because the membership department has failed on their promise of having them before christmas. My friends family are all Essendon members and their membership packages have arrived, which annoys me because StKilda should strive to be number 1 in all areas.

My Brother in Law paid his Geelong membership last Thursday Morning and it arrived on Tuesday. That's awesome work by the Cats!

all teams membership packs would be sent by an external company not the club its self ... the club also promoting fast delivery of the new Book as well ... hopfully they have assurances from the mailing hose this will get done in time

Was at club today.
Book may arrive tomorrow.
Rollover m`ship packs xmas or mid Jan but theyre not really sure.
Got a membership voucher so probably wont be xmas.

Dont hold your breath on anything these days.
Just keep giving club money

Yes, all the memberships etc for the club are outsourced to a mailing house.

Believe it or not, it is actually a fairly difficult, time consuming and fiddley job to do.

It also depends on how something is mailed out as to how long to takes to get to you.

Bought a membership for my sister for Xmas, and asked for a 'certificate' that I can wrap and put under the tree. They emailed it to me - just a made up ppt thing, but at least if not being able to give membership pack to them on the day, they know they will be getting it!

Ive got a feeling that even if you do get your "pack" it wont include your card if youre a reserved seat holder, unless the seating for our home games at the G have been worked out already (your seat No is apparently gonna be printed on your card)

I renewed at the ground at the event on the day after the second grand final. I have not received my membership pack yet. I have received my Melbourne Rebels one though.
How poorly things are organised at the club you would think they all just stand around with their dicks out. Oh wait...
