Yeah this is true.. But I think some teams still have early enough picks to grab good players. Players like Goodes, Fev, Brown would go top 5 but players like Daniel Rich, Simon Black etc would slide down to 20's/30's and still be valuable enough to add to any side.

I dunno, just dont want to see those players wasted. I'd end up with a nice advantage at top 3 but regardless of both Brisbane and Sydney being introduced i'd still have those picks. I'd end up going Ablett, Brown, and someone else which still leaves everybody else with a decent enough chance to pick up quality..

Here is my idea......there are many websites where you can type in a list of some sort (in this case names) and then generate random numbers for each name between a certain amount (say 1 to 100). What we could do is get everyone to choose an equal amount of numbers which they list e.g. 5 numbers per team, then we generate the numbers...so then its like a lucky dip, and it makes it more even. Then after this we could continue trading for 1 week if we want to trade anyone we got from the simulation.

I would also like to add that essendon has not been on and could be another team to add to this.

Not a bad idea Simmo, I think we could find something like that, only thing is that if we simulated picks I'd have effectively traded players like Deledio and company for picks 96, 97, 98, 99 and 100.
