Any news on the twitter as to how that volcanic eruption has had or may have had an affect on travel plans?

Flights resume to Indonesia as volcano spews ash

"Right now, all flights are operating normally," said Frans Yosef, the manager at Jakarta's main international airport. Jakarta is about 270 miles (450 kilometers) from Merapi.

The National Disaster Management Agency said Thursday the death toll since the first eruption on Oct. 26 had climbed to 194 â€” three quarters from searing heat blasts during the biggest eruptions.

Indonesia, a vast archipelago of 235 million people, is prone to earthquakes and volcanoes because it sits along the Pacific "Ring of Fire," a horseshoe-shaped string of faults that lines the Pacific Ocean.

any word on the qantas schedule being normal.
i'd assume lenny would be flying qantas.

hoping lenny gets back safely. that ring of fire stuff can be deadly. wouldn't be at all surprised if volcanic ash was to blame for the A380 mishap.
